“New rules in the office”

Assume the role of a mid-level manager of a small company. The CEO, Rachael Barker, wants your views on the new rules of the office she is considering. The current rules are adequate, but the new ones will encourage responsibility, team work. I n addition, they will improve the work dynamic.

Write a three paragraph memo in which you list (1) the key factors that you believe must be taken into account in making the decision, and (2) the trade-offs that must be considered.

It's time to change. I read with carefully the new rules of the office she is considering. The possibility is attractive from my view point.

But I think that you have to take into account the key factors in making the decision, for example the employees acceptance.

As employer you have a big responsibility and the changes should be done with meditation and previous study.

In summary your action for the change are correct and, our are talking of the trade-offs in other occasion.

INTERCAMPUS ACTIVITIES (REFLECTION FROM INTERCAMPUS IN PARTIAL I)

In this partial, I had my first intercarpal activities, in these activities I can learn little from the viewpoint of knowledge, but I increased my level of patience, because in many activities, we had difficulties because of problems communication with de campus Puebla.

Other problem was the big difference in the number of classmates into campus Puebla and CCV.

In summary the inter Campus are not totally bad but I don't like retry the activities model.
